Late Policy
Life happens. If you are running late, please communicate that with me as soon as possible and I will try to accommodate as best as I can.
If you are over 15 minutes late to your appointment, we will need to reschedule your appointment to a later date. In order for you to get the most benefit from massage therapy, you must take advantage of the entire session time.
Repeatedly being late for appointments may result in requiring to put a credit card on file in order to make future appointments.
Rescheduling Policy
You are welcome to reschedule your appointment if you find something comes up. Feel free to use the “Cancel/Reschedule” option from your email notification that you received when you initially booked your appointment, or reach out to me directly.
Please reschedule at least 24-hours before your initial scheduled time. If you do not see a time that works for you within my online calendar, please reach out to me directly.
Cancellation Policy
Please cancel your appointment at least 24-hours ahead of your scheduled appointment time. No charge will be made for appointments cancelled with advance notice.
If your appointment is cancelled within the 24-hour time frame, you will be responsible for paying 50% of the service amount before booking/rescheduling your next appointment.
No-Show Policy
Please refrain from no-showing.
First time no-shows will be required to pay 100% of the service amount before making any future appointments. Repeat offenders will be blocked from making any future appointments.
